Our new location at Southgate Stables boasts 50 newly refurbished stables with facilities that include two sheltered horse walkers, 15 turnout paddocks, a private indoor covered ride, as well as access to a licensed swimming pool just metres from the yard.
Our impressive new racing establishment located on the Hamilton Road means there is direct and easy access to all Jockey Club Estates gallops, with most situated only metres from the yard. The yard is in easy reach of the famous Warren Hill gallops and also the fantastic National Hunt schooling grounds available on the Links.
The Newmarket Jockey Club Estates training grounds consist of:
- 2,500 acres of maintained gallops
- 50 miles of turf gallops
- Trotting rings
- Starting stalls
- Schooling grounds
The stables have played host to notable racehorse trainers in the past. Having been split up into three properties many years ago, we are now in the process of bringing them back together and restoring the yard to its original former glory.
